The teaching is great!
The instructors make all the difference in each class. I like the use of props to help deepen the practice for the HPF class. The classes can get monatonous at times, as it’s the same every time, so adding something different keeps it interesting and makes me coming back.

I enjoyed the Flight class immensely! It was definitely challenging, but I felt so good afterwards (my arms, not so much, ha ha). Perfect class to do at the start of January after the busy holiday season. Having multiple teachers kept the class exciting. Thank you for offering this!
