I love the flow and the emphasis on mindfulness; the teachers are generally excellent; the locations are convenient; and the availability of classes throughout the day allows me to incorporate regular practice into my schedule.
The variety of classes and instructors are all great. Clean studio and close to home.
Friendly staff
Core Power is wonderful on so many levels. When I am stressed, I go to yoga. When I want a great workout, I go to yoga. The location is close to home. The instructors are inspirational and motivational.

The studio was very clean, quiet & has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very knowledgeable, welcoming & helpful. They had mats/ equipment available to use if you needed it. And disinfectant spray to clean your mat after class.
I love how every corepower teacher has their own style. They always give you options to make every step easier as well as more difficult. Every level is welcome. The community is also amazing! The space is absolutely spotless including the locker room.its the best way to start your day!

I love the Sauganash location, and am THRILLED we can be mask free! Tony was very helpful in restarting my membership, and all of the instructors are great (I especially enjoy Krissi, Amera and Carmen, and Christine W was fabulous although not teaching there now). I am hoping that they will reinstate their 4:00 C2 class as that was perfect for me (and other educators) after the work day. Yay, Sauganash!
Great studio and instructors. How about inquiring into Medicare's Silver Sneakers program. It's getting a little expensive for those of us on Social Security. I've lost two of my regular partners to Lifetime in the last year.
The instructors are all quite professional and well trained. The studio is clean and the heat and humidity are always at manageable levels and have a nice range of classes. It would be nice to have access to a few core restore evening classes.
