I love CorePower and have been a member for years. It’s a great community and for the most part exceptional teachers.
However, sinithia and Monica seem to teach with their eyes closed. There are so many things wrong with that and lack of awareness of the student’s needs. Also, the tambourine in sculpt needs to go. The sound is piercingly annoying and takes away from not only the music but disrupts savassana. I feel like these things could easily be fixed and I look forward to practicing more at CPY.

I love the staff at Sauganash--Tony, Angela, Giles, Nikki, Candace, Mike, Saqid, Monica, Sinthia--and so many more --makes it feel like a warm and welcoming place. I truly enjoy yoga with there because of their dedication and passion!
I love all the class options and that there are classes available later in the evenings. That has been the challenge for me with other gyms . The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the facility is always clean.

Great Studio!!
The instructor, Krissi, is the best. She I has an uplifting personality and is very knowledgeable. She is great about queuing, gives good instruction jn getting a deeper stretch and her adjustments are the best.
Sauganash has the best instructors! They are friendly, always helpful, they create amazing flows and their playlist are always on point! It's always an experience flowing at the Sauganash location. 10/10!

It is a nice studio. Clean and well kept and the staff is very outgoing and friendly, which isn't always the case... but usually is with your studios. But they're great.
It is true in pretty much all the studios I have visited, the locker room is tight. Really tight. Be nice to design something a tad roomier! That said, the yoga space itself is nice.
And, I really appreciate that they keep the studio hot for hot yoga. Nothing worse than luke warm when you wanted hot!
Instructor was fantastic!
Love the Yoga Sculpt classes overall. My two comments would be - the music doesn t ned to be blasting or ear splitting loud as it is in many of your YS classes - makes it way too hard to hear the instructors!
Also, classes need to have a longer core-centric section. Too often, the core work at the end feels like a throwaway added last minute. Classes should have more balanced and equal time segments for each body section instead of heavy upper and lower body and a toss-off core section.

The instructor was incredible - she was motivating, provided modifications and progressions, and was a total body workout. I like how she really focused on form
Had yoga sculptacular by Felicity today! She is awesome! Loved all the combination of arm exercises she embedded within yoga flows! Felt great after the class! Felicity has a great personality, friendly and very influential in making the class focus on intended individualized goal ... increase strength and realign mind, body and spirit all at the same time!

I love that the team in Sauganash creates a space of a true yoga studio rather than a chatty health club. I can count on being able to go into the room early to experience quiet time to settle in. Other studios allow chatting, which inhibits this.
I go to Sauganash because Angela and Helen are FANTASTIC instructors who also bring a sacred reflection piece to each class. Thank you!
