I took a C2 class at CorePower Yoga Sauganash and had such a great experience. The class was challenging, energizing, and a great workout. Autumn's class on Sunday mornings is INCREDIBLE. She is a tremendous instructor!

I tried a few classes at Core Power Yoga Sauganash (and other locations) this week; all of them were excellent! Great challenge, heat, and overall experience. Super friendly staff too!

I have been to 4-5 different CorePower studios and Sauganash is my favorite by far. The instructors are experienced, creative, and great at tailoring their teaching to the level and needs of the people who showed up that day. Most instructors include meditation, mantras, or spirituality in some form in their classes, which I think is essential to the practice of yoga.

Every teacher is unique and wonderful. They all have their own styles. The only thing they have in common is a singular commitment to honoring whatever inside us brings us to the mat. It’s a great, diverse of colleagues we’re lucky to have.

Marissa is an amazing teacher. It is clear she takes a lot of time and thought to prepare her interesting and challenging classes. My only suggestion would be turning down the lights throughout the class. The blaring bright lights detract from the calm, serene environment she naturally creates.

Love the Sauganash studio. It’s a little far but worth the trip. I really love Alana’s class. I used to take her class at Lincoln Park on Sundays, but when I’m able to love to come up to Sauganash to see her.

The studio is very clean. The weights are lovely. The lobby is spacious and the staff and teachers I talk with are very nice thank you for making it a great experience!
