I loved my massage with Christi and highly recommend her services. This time, I didn't appreciate that the appointment that I booked with Christi online was switched to another masseuse person without my approval. I know the staff tried reaching me to talk about the switch but I missed the calls since I'm at work, but the change was made anyway without my consent. I only incidentally found out because I had to call in after noticing my appointment time was changed. I've been seeing Christi for years and am her regular client - and don't fully agree or think it's fair for her clients to be switched to other therapists without her knowledge. Also added inconvenience for me. I was able to find another timeslot same day but my original timeslot with Christi was given away. Thanks for taking this into consideration.
