I love the energy and positivity of the instructors. Every time I take Shauna or Melissa Mae's classes, I learn something new and eye opening about my practice. They are thoughtful and warm, but also teach a hard C2!

Teachers, facilities, studio, amenities--all are exceptional. There's a class for everyone, no matter what your preferred style or level. My week is never complete without a few CPY classes!

The studio manager, Jen, and all the instructors are wonderfully friendly, positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. I trust that when I attend a class I will have a physically and mentally healthy break from a sometimes stressful day at work. The design of the studio is very appealing with great yoga rooms. I'm grateful to have Corepower Yoga so close to my work making it very easy to attend regular classes.

I really enjoy the yoga with weights class because it is a blend of a high intensity full body work out like boot camp with the stretching and toning benefits of yoga.

There is always new retail. I also like how the class always incorporates core work, an inversion or arm balance. There is a variety of teaching styles also that I like.

I have been attending CorePower Yoga in Denver since 2004. I enjoy a heated powerflow yoga practice, the clean spa-like locker rooms in which to shower after, and multiple locations in various cities in which I lived or travel to.

The sculpt class is amazing both cardio and toning and of course a great detox and sweating it out

Great facilities - very clean, hard but fun classes

Fremont studio is BEAUTIFUL!!! I've been a CPY member for 8 years and love everything about it. Best yoga, best teachers, best schedules. I've been to 5 different yoga studios in SF before CPY opened here and there's no comparison. Love you guys!

Facilities are beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Parking is not great in the area. Many other locations offer parking validation - which would be a great add. Possibly even a bicycle room since SF is highly known as a bicycle commuter city.

I feel the instructors are not only knowledgeable but very much tuned into to the different levels of the students. The variety of classes is excellent. The facility is very comfortable and beautiful. All of the staff is very welcoming.

I love the classes and environment

The instructors at Corepower are attentive, detail-oriented, and laid-back. The studio is impeccably tidy and has a wonderful ambiance. I couldn't ask for a more nurturing environment to practice yoga.

I really like the facilities (it's a clean, warm and welcoming space), the instructors are great and the classes are challenging yet fun. I can count on getting a great workout from Corepower.
