I liked that the class had a flow that focused on remaining in poses. I've gone to alot of studios where that is not the case.

What I think could be changed is providing better air conditioning and/or fans in the locker room.

The instructors. Sculpt class is a favorite

I love your Hot Power Fusion class. I"m so so sad that you changed the time to be so late! It feels like the studio is turning into a Sculpt studio. I used to attend the 7:00 HPF class daily. Now that its moved to 8:15 every week day except Friday, I'm considering canceling my membership.

For my free week at Corepower Yoga, I tried C1, C2, and Sculpt yoga and all the classes were absolutely amazing. I loved the energy of the room, the environment, the teachers,and the workouts themselves. By the end of C2 and Sculpt, I was exhausted and sweating all over - and even so, I felt great. I felt like I was exercising every part of my body while at the same time, relaxing my mind.

I like how Corepower has all these class offerings at different times. The teachers are all really nice and motivational. I really enjoy the classes.

Love the great workout but can be WAY too crowded. I realize you cap the classes, but would appreciate more than one inch between mats. Thanks!

The studio is wonderful and the teachers are gorgeous, patient, and thoughtful.

I love that you have hardwood floors. Especially like the fact that you have so many classes offered. Teachers are so nice and approachable.

consistent high quality of instruction and facilities

I love YOGA SCULPT! Is there a chance you guys would consider reserving spaces for this class, it gets so packed.

So I've been a huge supporting for I think now about 3 years of black tag I avg like 4 sessions per week which is the only reason why I want to give this feedback because I hear it in the locker room. Some of the newer Fremont trainers are a little green, they do not call the correct name for an exercises and sometimes mix up the right muscle group name. Quality is imp! Also some of the teachers this am 6:30 am class 5/26 did not include a cardio section! Super weird. Please change;) ya'll are the best. Xoxo

Great staff, clean studios, convenient locations. Amazing workout.

I love that Corepower yoga offers both traditional yoga and high intensity cardio so my workouts are more well balanced. Classes are fun and challenging - you gotta keep moving! The Sculpt classes are intense but love it. I can feel that I worked out my entire body the day after. I especially like how it adds weights to the routine so it helps build and tone muscle. I've been searching for months for a class like this!

I love everything about corepower!

Good clean environment, great instructors and challenging classes.

I love the music/playlists in the studio - they're always current remixes and what I'd actually choose to listen to in my free time! I also love the option of candlelight yoga AND power sculpt. The classes are empowering without being culty, and challenging without being intimidating. I'm really happy with my Core Power experience thus far, and would love to see even more locations in the city.
