This ServiceMaster was thorough, timely and remedied the cleanup in time to save our carpet at one of our social service faciliites. You can also trust them to give you an estimate for what is needed and not pressure you for additional/non-essential services. Their customer service center is so easy to work with for scheduling. We called in the afternoon during a very busy season (massive flooding issues in our region) and they came on the same day at the exact time--you cannot get any better than that! The service technicians were also professional and and work with a sense of urgency.
