THE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE I RECEIVED AFTER TENANT SET KITCHEN AFIRE.YOUR EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE AND CARED FOR MY PROPERTY. I ESPECIALLY WAS IMPRESSED WITH FRANK AND THE FELLOW WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF THE CREW.I HAD THEIR BUSINESS CARDS BUT UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS MOMENT I CAN NOT SEEM TO FIND THEM. I DID TELL FRANK I USUALLY GET MY OWN HOME RUGS CLEANED IN THE SPRING AND WILL DEFINITELY CALL YOU PEOPLE WHEN TIME COMES. I DO HAVE TWO RENTAL BUILDINGS AND WILL BE CALLING ON YOU AGAIN.

Service Master by Gaudet showed up at my house within an hour of calling the insurance company informing them of a water supply hose had exploded on the 2nd floor. Frank from Service Master was excellent in quickly accessing the situation and calling in backup to start the immediate cleanup and demolition of the necessary areas. As I was trying to digest the damage of my house, Frank was very understanding and answered our questions and re-assured us that everything would be ok. Frank and his team did a great job with the clean up and it was performed in a timely manner.
