I just had my first class (Tone Zone) with Josiah (I hope I spelled that correctly!) who is super friendly and motivating. The class was challenging yet fun! I'm happily suffering from second day burn! I've been following my own fitness program and was starting to lack motivation so group classes seems to be the answer for me. Looking forward to trying out a variety of classes next week :)

The personal trainer I had, Chris Guillaume was extremely professional and provided me with a great program to follow! Chris has been very kind and gone above and beyond just being a personal trainer! He is very happy to answer any questions I have whenever I need.
The half an hour classes during lunch are great. You can have a good workout in half an hour

Michael is a funny yet very professional personal trainer, constantly looking for new ways to help me. Seems very genuine. Exercise wise his effective with the routines, he seems to be knowledgeable in how muscle work, and how to work them in a efficient way. I have already recommended to friends

The trainers are very serious about their classes. They are always supportive and encourage you always. Love the training.
I think the most important factor is commitment, with Personal Training programs I have seen before the "personal" aspect is what is lacking. With you guys, it is different, you hear the client's goals and align the program to them. And every week there are changes to really keep moving forward.

Samira professional but personal approach made me feel at ease and I could easily discuss past setbacks, as well current goals. That for me is something that doesn't come easily, especially when I'm in a non familiar environment.
