For me it's very important have the opportunity to socialise while looking after ourselves! It makes going to the gym more enjoyable and it has helped me a lot, sometimes it's really boring being by myself, in the classes we work out hard but we also have lots of fun.

I like a lot of things about RapitPT, but not having used another personal trainer service before, I can't compare the two to see where RapitPT stands out from the crowd. So, I'll list the things I like about it. I like the fact that my trainer is as interested in my goals as I am. The motivation I get from my trainer is definitely a huge plus. I also like the fact they are at the gym weekdays so I can ask questions about my training, also the fact that they put up with my millions of questions!
The friendly atmosphere created by the trainers, you are made to feel part of a group dedicated to your success no matter what level of fitness you have when you start. The routines are varied and gains are clearly felt.
