Stylists are great with my kids (even my youngest who screams and cries throughout his hair cut). Reasonable prices. I do wish there was the option to book appointments for kids -- it's really difficult to have them wait patiently for more than an hour for a hair cut.

Fast service, the hair stylist was very friendly and very good in asking exactly what I wanted and she did it perfectly. Love the sign in the window that alos let's you know there is no wait as well

I haven't used a lot of different products, but the ones I have used (shampoo and conditioner by Paul Mitchell is top quality. Very concentrated and lasts a long time.

I bring my son there all the time to have his hair cut. Every stylist in there does a fantastic job. The staff is very friendly, they listen to your needs. I do think there should be coupons offered to regular customers. I am aware of the free pass for a friend but it would be nice to receive a special discount once in awhile for returning customers.
