I haven’t purchased any products however I recognize the brads which are solid. Unless this referring to any of the "Internal products" therefore I cannot comment. In terms of the level of service and customer satisfaction, I can’t say I have seen anyone leave without a happy demeanour about them. I have there 3 times I believe, could be 4, but I deem it irrelevant as I have never had a bad experience. In fact, I find I have a better experience every time I go, now that I think about it. I am truly struggling to come up with a complaint or suggestion so I don't believe I can provide either. Perhaps lowering the markup on product(s) and sell more inventory? I actually “dragged” my elderly Father to this particular location once, and he had been going to the same barber for over 6 years. He has not gone back to his former barber since, and has been returning to this location. That being said, I suppose they are doing something right (He is fiercely loyal, so that alone is the cornerstone of this feedback). Keep up the great work and thank you for everything; this far at least. 😊
