When I hear my Mother complain about how much she pays for a "haircut", I feel blessed to be a male. The service is excellent, I have never had a bad experience in the slightest, and this is coming from someone in the customer service industry. I have already recommended a few people to give it a shot and it is now their go to place which I think speaks for itself. The POS system used to sign in with your phone number and pulls up your history is simple but brilliant. I don't know why everyone uses a similiar platform. Anyways, thank you as always and I will see you again shortly.

Sports Clips saved the day! My 10-year old son had a very bad experience and received the worst customer service at the competing salon, Great Clips! So, we immediately transferred to Sports Clips and Sports Clips made sure that my son forgets and will never remember the horrible experience. Sports Clip redid the horrendous haircut from Great Clips (not great at all) and Sports Clip provided meticulous and unrushed haircut services to my son. Sports Clips ensured that my son got the hairstyle that suits him by always asking him and myself. Appreciate the extra services such as massage and shampoo. My son loved them and he enjoyed his time at Sports Clip. We will surely go back for his next haircut.

Today was my first visit to Sport Clips and I was very impressed by the services and products. The lady that cut my hair was great. Very friendly and excellent at cutting my hair (actually I am quite bald so there is little room for error). After the cut I was welcomed into another room where she washed my hair. It was a wonderful experience with sitting in a recliner chair with my feet up and received a relaxing massage from the chair and a hot towel over my face as she washed my hair with a very lovely fragrant shampoo. I was then taken back to the cutting chair where she completed some fine tuning trimming, gave me a neck massage and another fragrant moisturizer. Great experience and one that I will be doing again.
