I can't even express the compassion, care, sincerity, knowledge and motivation each and every person in this office with Dr. T on top has shown to me. This has. been the scariest time of my life and they have been at my side the whole way. Everyone should have a group of ppl like this for every medical office. They set the bar.

The care was just fine. However, patience is required at every stage of an appt. My appt was at 1:00. At 1:30 I went to the registration desk to ask if I had been forgotten. She said she would "send it back again". Finally at 1:50 I was called back for vital signs, etc.
I was then to be scheduled for a procedure. The order was written on Tues. and I was told the scheduler would call me to schedule the procedure. I had not heard from anyone by Thursday, so I called them. The clerk told me they were still checking on my insurance. When I asked why that takes 2 days, she said "we have a lot of people to get to". She said they would call me and if I hadn't heard in a couple days, I should call back. People need to make plans and shouldn't have to wait 5 or 6 days to find out when a surgery or procedure is going to be done.

I was just dropping off x-rays so doctor could take a look at them. Didn't expect to actually see the doctor but they told me to wait. I didn't even have an appointment and they fit me in right then and there. Great place!
My needs were address, Dr. Carriquillo took time to explain the diagnosis, plan of treatment and answer my questions. He followed through with orders for treatment and requested a follow up appointment.
