The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful. Very smooth. Nice and no waiting. Dr. Graham was very nice and asked me questions and explained some things. Gave me some options and let me choose. He even let me see the x-ray which made me feel better being able to see what he was talking about. I really did like that.

I had no problem getting an appointment. Filling out the paperwork online was a big help. I had very little wait time. Dr. Kitay was thorough, and listened well.
There was a lot to like during my visit at JOI Beach. I drove almost 50 miles to see Dr. Bohsali about my injured and painful shoulder. I got an appointment the same week that I called. The wait time in the office was short. Colleen was friendly and informative. Dr. Bohsali was the best. He looked at my reports, assured me that my shoulder was not as bad as I was lead to believe and he would be able to relieve my pain with an injection. All my questions were answered and I felt so much confidence in my doctor and his assistant. Totally worth the 100 mile round trip. Thank you so much for your concern, help and knowledge! Wonderful experience from beginning to end.
