I was taken before my appointment time. Unlike most medical offices, the doctor actually came into the room before my appointment time, listened to my problem, diagnosed the problem and offered several options and solutions. I was actually done only a few minutes after my appointment.
Very efficient and responsive. Staff very helpful with scheduling and making sure I didn’t have any questions about my upcoming procedure. Dr. Von Thron called to see how I was doing day after my surgery. That speaks volumes!

The front desk staff are very efficient and courteous, the wait time is reasonable; The technician was friendly and answered my questions well . The doctors are informative and explained the surgical procedure and put me at ease , Anyone needing surgery would fare well at JOI.
