Was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment. X-rays done as soon as I was led to the exam room. Dr. Hastings was very thorough in explaining my condition and describing options. Relatively prompt service.
I loved being able to look at the specialties of each physician before selecting who I felt would be a good fit with our issues.
Other than the 45 minute wait, everything was great. The PA, the X-RAY tech and the DR were outstanding. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. First class.

The opportunity to actually meet with a doctor - not just a nurse or assistant. I liked that they could do an X-ray in their office and not have you go somewhere else and it was read by the doctor while you are in the office.
Even though I arrived early for my appointment, I didn't have to wait for the official appointment time. The staff were friendly and professional. The X-ray procedure took very little time. And I didn't have to wait long for Dr Picerno to come tell me what he saw on the X-rays. Dr Picerno patiently let me explain the two different issues that had brought me to JOI, and he has a good sense of humor. I felt very comfortable talking to him. Good experience.

Dr. Yorio was wonderful. He was so thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. He made it very clear that he would work hard to get to the root of my medical issue, but also encouraged me by saying what he didn’t believe it to be. He asked several times if I was comfortable, needed water, or needed to use the restroom while we did exams and tests, and his team was also so kind. The woman (Roxanne, I believe) who did my blood work was amazingly skilled - I didn’t feel a thing, even when she was changing vials. I felt very cared for the whole time I was there, and they were very efficient - I brought a book with me, but never waited long enough to read it. I really wish more doctors/clinics were like this!
