The wait was short. The intake receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr. Kaplan’s staff were all friendly and efficient, and he had reviewed my chart before he came into the examination room. He explained my X-Ray and MRI before giving me my two options in a straight forward understandable way. I didn’t get the dx or treatment recommendation I was hoping for, but I understood why and picked the option that made most sense to me. Terry Last name removed
