Staff was friendly and courteous even after I was 20 min late for my appointment. I was initially marked as a "no show" but the front desk staff called Catherine (Dr. Bell) to see if I could still be seen and they accommodated and saw me anyway. Thanks to the entire team for their flexibility and courtesy.
