I have been to Jax Orthapedic 4 times and they have helped me each time, the Dr listens to the Patient, examines what information he recieves as well as examining the Patient gets in no hurry to administer medication until he and you both agree to try it. The staff from apointment to departure are as good as I have seen, the XRay Technician was very concerned with my back pain and made every effort to be as easy as she could to get done with the least amount of stress to me. I have been 4 times seen 4 different Dr. And would recommend either to anyone.

Everything. The staff from the front desk, to the MA's, x-ray techs, and the doctors. All show genuine care and really listen to you. I will not go anywhere else for my orthopedic care as long as I live in Jacksonville.
Staff are efficient in what they do and take the time for questions and explanations of whatever concerns the patient has. All staff are courteous, helpful and explain what to expect during the visit.
