A special THANK YOU to Lori - I ended up in Baptist Beaches Emergency Room late Sunday afternoon.
I called Monday morning to schedule an appointment for that day or Tuesday.
Lori asked if it would be OK to give me a return call - stated she would need to take some time to see where she will be able to fit me in.
I missed a call - didn't look to see who it was from - immediately called JOI, Lori stated she had not called, was still working on this matter.
Within the next hour Lori called with great news, was able to set an appointment for Tuesday afternoon!
I asked to meet Lori at the completion of my appointment so I could personally thank her, she was absolutely lovely throughout process and even more kind in person.
