Dr. von Thron and his associates are and have always been very thorough, friendly, helpful and professional. I first met him in 2013 (hip replacement) and again in 2014 (knee replacement), 4 years ago because of concerns I had, and again last week because of additional concerns. He was able to walk me through potential treatments that once tried, have worked fabulously!

The most important thing that I liked about my visit was I actually saw a Orthopedic Specialist and not a physician assistant. My past experienced was being booked to see an Orthopedic Specialist - only to find upon being seen that a physician assistant performed the procedure on my knee and not a Doctor. I transferred my medical files to Jacksonville Orthopedic Inst.
Another reason I like the services is because they do not rush you. They allow you to take the time to explain why you are in pain. The Doctor gives in detail what needs to be done to proceed to the next stage in your treatment. I have found that you are in charge of your health and you must take the time to make sure you have the right Doctors to treat you. I changed Orthopedic Services for that reason. I am satisfied with the professional and caring treatment I received from Jacksonville Orthopedic Inst. I found Dr. Steinberg to be a true and caring professional.
