My exam was completed very quickly and efficiently. I waited less than 10 minutes before I was taken to an exam room. The hip that was bothering me was x-rayed immediately. Within 10 minutes the doctor came in to the exam room to examine me and evaluate the x-rays. He discussed alternative treatments. I decided upon a course of action and received a cortisone shot. I was finished in only about 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Staff was attentive, friendly, easy to work with and managed to work me in for an appointment with Dr. Smith on very short notice. I was in a lot of pain due to a collarbone separation and was extremely grateful he was able to see me.
Dr. Smith was professional and competent and earned my trust with his demeanor.
