We appreciated the willingness by Kelley to summarize his inspection of our soon-to-be CA home over the iPhone on FaceTime and utilizing our realtors computer screen for visuals simultaneously, as we are not savvy with Zoom etc. Living in CO and buying a home in these trying times with all the COVID19 restraints is very stressful and Kelley helped alleviate some of that stress.
Kelley assured me he would come out once we were at the home to address and and all questions we might have, especially as he lives just down the road. That offer was very reassuring.
