Mike was so friendly , professional and thorough with his explanations of certain issues. I had my client’s father there who was contributing to the cost of the house so very important he knew his daughter was getting a solid property. I felt Mike made him feel very comfortable without alarming him, and Mike was able to answer questions for him very smoothly and provide further explanations and remedies etc. Additionally, this was one of the best inspections I have witness in 32 years in the business. Will certainly call again on Mike.
Very through, they inspect a home like it’s their own. We found out after the inspection the seller already had a pest inspection but they failed to find a lot of issues that would have been a huge headache for the buyer if not discovered.

Matt was the third pest inspector on this property, a third party "cleared" the pest so I thought we would get him out there to verify for my VA buyers. He discovered findings the previous inspectors missed and discovered their repairs still had dry rot. I am thankful we were able to discover this during our inspection period and not after closing!
