Originally, I was disappointed in ServiceMaster's handling of the restoration of my house. As it turned out it was poor communications between my representative and ServiceMaster personal. Their response to my concerns was above board and I was impressed with their immediate reaction and resolution to the issues. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely.
