Friendly staff. Every week the class I attend regularly is a little different; instructors strive to mix things up and keep class interesting!
Corepower is the perfect balance of working out and relaxation, and also provides free trials which gives customers a taste of what the classes are really like.
I've never sweat this much in my life. Makes me feel like I actually achieved something hahaha. Otherwise it was a great workout and the facilities are clean and super nice.
I love the spa feel of the locker rooms. The yogis are awesome. So approachable and sincere and kind. Plus the product are great.

Corepower yoga is not your average yoga workout. I always feel like I actually had a good amount of exercise after a corepower class and that's not always easy to find in a yoga class.
