CPY sculpt is perfect for me! Helps me build flexibility, strength, and endurance. I only wish some classes weren’t so packed. 3 rows is better than 4. I don’t like practicing when the next mat is only 3” away from me.

Great facilities at this location. Well curated and well led yoga Scult class by the instructor. It was motivation but equally tough during the HIT portions of the class
