Cleanliness, great instructors, and flexible schedule

I appreciate the incredibly friendly and open atmosphere as well as the confident and knowledgeable instructors who not only allow you to, but encourage you to, take your practice at your own pace and discretion. It's an open environment for each individual even though it is a class of multiple individuals. From checking in to leaving Corepower, the instructors are always in a positive and welcoming mood. They personify the power of yoga and it's positive effects beyond fitness and discipline.

Tustin CPY is friendly, inviting and does not make you feel as though you 'can't do yoga'. Only that you can. In fact I hear 'yes you can' in many of my classes. Even when a class is a challenge, or I can't get into the full expression of a pose, the instructors always emphasize the journey, the practice and I come away feeling positive and affirmed in the progress that I have made through attempting it.That's what I love most about the classes & instructors at Tustin CPY - the balance between yoga as a workout and yoga as a mindset for life is perfect.

There are several classes to choose from and all of the instructors are very good (even the instructors I don't particularly care for because of their personality in class, I still think their classes are very good)
