CorePower Yoga feels like home to me whenever I go. I usually go to the Aliso location, but because of cancelled classes attended Mission Viejo. I was very pleased with my experience there. It still felt like home! The instructor was very warm and her class was challenging and very worth my time. I always have a very positive experience when I go to yoga.
It was great. I felt great after my work out. I will be back.

It would have been helpful if there was someone in the front of the room to demonstrate the yoga poses throughout the class since my two friends and I were beginners who are still pretty new to yoga.
Overall though, it was a great experience.
Very clean locations; teachers are competent and wonderful
My favorite thing is always the instructors and fellow yogis! All the teachers have such great energy and very kind and respectful of all skill levels, and they seem very knowledgeable about thier practice. The students are friendly and welcoming as well. I only attended a few sessions here while on vacation from Seattle, and I'm going to miss it (although I love my studios in Seattle too!).
The heat
I love coming to this studio! The location is really convenient (just off the 5) and the people are amazing! It doesn't matter what has happened during my day because as soon as I walk in the door I am greeted with a friendly face and a high quality class. It also helps to know that I have access to showers, toiletries, and lockers to make the transition from work to Chi smooth and enjoyable!

The venue is very clean and the location allows locals to have a nearer vantage point to do yoga.
The teachers are very attentive and so nice.
I love the workout. It just makes you feel so good. I especially like when the instructor talks about how to apply yoga in an emotional & spiritual way, how to be a happier and better person.
