I love this studio the team is the most genuine and caring the teachers are do sweet and kind everyone is so nice the classes are so much fun and challenging the sequences are well planned and thought out and the manager is doing an amazing job there are many cpy studios and I’ve tried a lot but this is a special place it feels homy and comfy I love it here.

I like the different ranges of classes.. Core Restore 75 minutes always hits and C2 is a great challenge of flow and balance poses. The locker rooms are always clean and the entire staff is so welcoming! Plenty of class times to pick from too

I like the teachers specially Randy, my practice has improved since taking her class. Her classes are fun. I also like the big class room, people are not to close to each other and you have more room to move

Loved my first class here! I was intimidated driving over but from the moment I stepped in Alison was so warm and welcoming. The class was the perfect pace and size for what I needed as a beginner.

I like the teachers a lot and studio 1 is more spacious than the studios at other core yoga places. People have more room to move.
