There are different types of classes which gives a variety and doesnt become monotonous.

Cleanliness of the studio/restrooms. Friendliness of the staff. I've really only had one bad experience that stays in my mind, and it's when an instructor at the front desk would not let me in to class because he said I was late. The class hadn't started, the door was still open, and I had to wait in line to check in. To be refused entry, I thought was unnecessary.

multiple rooms so there are always options. I do however miss the Ryder class.

Great staff! Classes are sometimes too crowded, but I guess that's good for business. Sometimes I think there should be a cut-off number because I'm too afraid of hitting my neighbor I don't get my full stretch ability.
