I love the variety of classes Corepower offers! I have chronic back pain and am recovering from shoulder injuries, so the combination of HPF + Sculpt + Core Restore really helps me with my strength and pain levels, and I don't know where I'd be without these classes. I really appreciate that the Woodbridge studio offers this variety and frequency of these classes and is keeping them on the schedule!!! Plus a well-rounded yoga/health/well-being practice should include both stretching and strengthening to establish a good foundation for your body, and I find that HPF and Core Restore both are essential to providing that. Thanks for contributing to a well-rounded practice and keeping me on the road to recovery from my injuries!
