I took Vanessa H's C2 Friday evening and she is such an amazing being! I always have fun and feel a beneficial challenge flowing through her class. She is creative with every transition and pose serving a purpose to peak pose. Her cues are on point and love her accent!

I love that I can pop into a studio in another state and get treated like a family member and have the same great experience I get in my home studio.

Convenient times

The class instructors are always very supportive, challenging yet intentional about prompting participants to work to their own levels and needs within classes. The studio is clean and the staff is always very friendly!
