The instructors are amazing!
Anthony Fon is a great teacher. Woodbridge studio is the perfect layout. I get frustrated when students are having long conversations in before class starts. Woodbridge has a lounge area immediately outside both classrooms which should help minimize this bad behavior. Locker room also has good floorplan. The studio is easy to get in and out of.
The instructors (Whitney A) are experienced and well versed on cuing and modifying movement flow.
With all the changes in CPY it’s great to have solid people like him around!
I loved Nasim's class! It was perfectly paced, heated, and the postures kept me engaged and motivated.

Great availability of classes since there are several locations near me. If I can’t make a class at one spot, I can look to others and usually find a class that I can make it to. Instructors are great, friendly, and motivating too!

Woodbridge management team, I just wanted to let you know that Anthony gives the BEST hands on assists so far out of all the teachers so far who have started doing them in their classes. None of that random crap where they just caress your body with a finger.

Shawna Woodgate is a master of yoga. She always absolutely provides the best in studio experience of any CP instructor. Her classes on Friday, July 22nd was another great experience. I didn’t plan on taking on Ashlyn after but I’m glad I stayed. She was also amazing
