I thought the look of the studio was very inviting. I took a 75-minute HPF class with Hannah and she was great. She was very knowledgeable about the postures, cues, and gave excellent assistance to help deepen my practice. The clothing at the studio was great and the locker rooms were very clean and tidy.

I love the fact that you have late classes however, more early classes would be great as well so I don't have to drive to Sherman Oaks or Westlake.

I absolutely love the hot power fusion classes! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a low-impact, body strengthening, detoxification workout. In addition, the instructors are welcoming, kind, and supportive, making for a very positive experience. Thank you!

The Encino studio offers a ton of classes (could maybe offer more in the 2-4pm time slot) and the staff and teachers are incredible. Everyone who works at the Encino location is professional, kind and takes great care of their students and teacher trainees. Love it there.

Core power with weights
Gabriella is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had! Her yoga sculpt classes are intense, fun, and designed to lean your body. She gives wonderful hands on instruction and knows her stuff. Love love love. She gets a 10!
I just wish people would stop talking before classes begin! Every teacher needs to tell each yoga sculpt class to honor the quiet and perhaps read the signs that are posted. People whip out their phones in class too. What is that about??
