From the moment you walk into the door, CorePower is a great experience. The staff is friendly, the space is clean and you're belongings are safe as each locker has a lock.

All the teachers really seem to LOVE what they do and they want you to love what you are doing. They push you to do the best you can but also want you to be easy on yourself and realize that whatever you give is enough.

I absolutely love being a part of the Encino Core Community and I do recommend it all the time.

Heated room, quiet, and showers

CorePower Yoga Encino always provides exceptional service. From the daily class schedules staffed with experienced and professional instructors, to Teacher Training courses, to special classes and events, to the every day genuine and organic acts of kindness and care for the yoga community, the CorePower Encino staff delivers. Simply put, they are very BEST team around.

The instructors have a lot of energy and put on the most challenging sculpt class I've ever experienced. One of the instructors even did a sculpt class with so much energy that it was the first time I had voluntarily smiled while sculpting.

Lots of class variety, staff is awesome, facilities are clean and great!

It was a great mix of yoga technique in a warm room. I got a good workout and the facilities are nice.

This has become my favorite CPY in Los Angeles! There is plenty of parking so I never stress, the teachers are warm, kind, and welcoming, and there are late night classes which work perfectly with my schedule as I work such long hours. I've been taking classes at CPY for over five years and one of the reasons I haven't gone elsewhere is the quality control of teachers, and Encino definitely holds true to this. I especially love taking Heather's 9:30pm HPF Mon-Wed, it's the best way to start the week!!

I've only been to one class so far. The instructor was very welcoming and the studio was clean and inviting.

I love CorePower Encino!! I practice as often as possible. Some months that's 5 times a week, but some months only 2 to 3 times a week. It doesnt matter when or how often I practice I always feel welcome and a part of the studio.

The quality of the classes is wonderful for the most part, but not every student connects with every teacher. I would say that recently the Hot Power Fusion classes have not been very hot. In fact, the last class I took (just last week) the room actually became cold because the instructor turned the heat off and opened the doors in the middle of the class. I didn't like that. If Hot Power is supposed to be 105 degrees then it should be that hot. Those of use who take that class know that and want that level of heat. Sometimes I wonder if the heat bothers the instructors and that is the problem.

One last point of feedback - there are a few Hot Power instructors who spend several minutes talking about their own personal journeys at the beginning of class. It is often inspiring and interesting, but there is one Hot Power class in particular where the instructor talks for quite a while at the top of the class and then there is not time to complete the spine strengthening series at the end of the class. I don't like that. That particular series needs to be done completely so the spine is balanced at the end of class. I find I spend time after class completing class!! I do try to avoid that instructor, but often have no choice.

But, don't get me wrong! I love CorePower Encino! Just a few glitches here and there like life!!!

1 Thing for improvement: The Showers dont stay cold? They immediately get hot. One of the best things is taking a cold shower right after class. So wish this wasnt the case.

Clean facility, products available for use is convenient (ie. locks for lockers, deodorant, water, etc.) and teachers seem knowledgeable in the sequence and flow of classes.
