I have taken this instructor twice and saw more fluidity the second time around and was able to be more engaged in the workout.

the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly! I hadn't done yoga before attending Core Power, and every class has been a revelation to me. I would sincerely recommend this place to anyone, whether they are new or established. Now they know my name, which is really endearing. It doesn't take a hundred years to feel comfortable in yoga either.

People here are always very nice, just simple interaction makes you happy. the class itself is awesome! The place is nice, well lit, clean. there's absolutely nothing to complain about! Loved it all!

I truly love CorePower. Jeff is just wonderful human being and I feel his Saturday HPF class feeds my soul every week. I also love Ksenia's C2 class. She is an amazing instructor and (I think) is trained as an old school yoga teacher. Her class sequence is just great. I love how she connects the poses and they all come together at the end. She does it in a seamless way too. I also highly recommend Gabriella's Sculpt class. She is relentless (in a good way) and will get your body in shape in no time. Her class is a must if you are looking for body conditioning.

Staff has great energy, the diversity of the teachers keeps the classes interesting. They are generous with the time right before and after class which allows for the practitioners to ease their way into and out of the training mindset.

Encino was a great clean open beautiful studio. When I walked in I'm sure I had a bit of a confused look on my face. The studio is set up different then my other CP studio. A woman behind the desk said hello, asked to check me in, then told me which studio room to go to.
