I think it was a welcoming clean environment. Classes were pretty good. Only suggestion is that it feels like instructors are trying to fit too many postures in an hour. This is yoga not cross fit and it's ok not to whip through the moves.

The studio is beautiful and everyone was so welcoming and kind. I had an amazing time in class and it was equally relaxing and invigorating. I wish I lived in Seattle so I could come more often!

All the instructors and staff are so friendly. The studio is very clean and conveniently located. The heating seems to be at the right temp, not too hot like some studios. And it is nice to have both morning and evening class options.

Very nice, welcoming staff. Teacher made a tough class approachable even though I haven't been to a class for a long time. Fast and nice registration. Clean bathrooms/showers.
