At this particular location, I particularly like classes taught by Joseph or Linnea. However, I have no complaints about any class I've taken at any location. I usually take CP2 or sculpt, but once in awhile I like to do CP1 for restorative practice.

The past 12 months I have been able to expand further into my yoga practice then I ever have before in my life. I live and work in the Capitol Hill community and this Studio is centrally located in the midst of my work and personal life. The staff are always abundantly friendly, and are wonderful. Studio is always spotless and extremely clean, which is very important to me.
My absolute favorite moments here in the last year were at the chakra class and special classes like Glow Flow, etc... that have been held in the past several months. So much fun, and hope to see more! Could not be any happier and have brought several of my friends and family members. My sister attends with me on occasion and has a membership as well.

The instructors are so friendly and great at what they do. It's a very welcoming environment so I didn't feel too intimidated or embarrassed to be at a lower level of yoga practice compared to others in the room.
