The space is always clean and welcoming. The classes are always well led and relaxing. Anytime I take a class here it's like a mini vacation. I come out feeling great and refreshed.
I am very disappointed that the Capital Hill location is replacing Power Fusion with a Restorative class. I have been somewhat of a long term client, I've done the Sunday Power Fusion class consistently for a long time and I'm not sure what kind of information was taken into account but it certainly wasn't in the form of a client poll or questionare. This decision is frustrating as I feel the diversity of the schedule has been eliminated. Also, I think the way this change was communicated was terrible. My perception is the instructor, Jay, was woefully forced to make the announcement of the change at the end of his last class-which he had taught for two years. It sounded like he will not be teaching the restorative class and was just eliminated from his time slot. He's a fantastic instructor that you will probably lose because he is not being shown gratitude for his services. I was hoping more Power Fusion classes would be added, I can't believe the class has been eliminated. Core power is one of the most expensive studios in Seattle, I understand the price allows you the luxury to attend classes in several locations in the market however, Capital Hill is the only location I go to. I would rather take a nap than attend a Restorative class. I hope this is not a long term decision. Also, I hope you start to treat your employees better. This is all very disappointing.
I like that it's a great workout without all the spiritual aspects that yoga sometimes incorporates. I'm not there for "spiritual enlightenment". I just want a good workout.
The classes here rule thanks to a beautiful space with excellent teachers.
