I love that I leave class feeling challenged, stronger, and relaxed. Years of playing soccer and running have taken a toll on my body, particularly my legs, and it’s great to be able to get a low-impact workout that still challenges my muscles and gets my body moving in new ways.

I really enjoy the classes at all of the Seattle locations. Eash of the classes are different in a good way, as the instructors bring their own personality to class. Each one is challenging and a great experience. Great value for the class price. Thank you for having more C1 classes. Please open the downtown Seattle location.

Jennifer was awesome! I love the connection she made to the students and the calming presence she provided while also pushing us to push ourselves. Studio is clean and calming.
So far, very happy! To nitpick, I wish the ceiling in the studio wasn't black. It would feel much lighter and brighter if the ceiling were a light color.
The manager at this location was EXTREMELY helpful and helped me with my account issues. The workout was amazing and I felt seen and heard by the staff.
The teachers. Joe, Gabi and Torie are great.

I love it! Just wish the parking garage time was a bit longer. I like to meditate for a bit before class. So if I park 20 min before class, put my stuff away + meditate, that’s requiring the teacher to be real on time with their final position in order for me to be ready to exit the parking garage within the 90 minutes. Which is fine, just sucks that there is a limit - though I understand that the limit is required for that neighborhood.

Ease of scheduling
I am loving my CorePower Yoga experience so far! I’m just over a week into my membership, and have found that the class times and types make it easy for me to get a varied workout around my work schedule, and the instructors and staff have been so welcoming and kind. Not only that - I already feel stronger!
Great instructors. Variety of classes, convenient parking when validated. It’s my favorite studio in the Seattle area. My only complaint is the studio floor isn’t routinely clean so I don’t do poses like alligator as my hands/arms would touch the floor. It may be sanitized but the lint, hair, etc is icky. Otherwise very good.
Community and the instructors teach great classes! I took a class from Joe B and it was one of the best I've experienced with CPY!

Love the studio, classes and teacher.
The instructor (Joe B) was amazing and helpful. He actually taught classes I used to attend many years ago before I moved and he remembered me and asked about my practice. He explained things in such an easy to understand way and was patient and calming.
I had heard that Core Power was being very diligent about safety with COVID, which is the main reason I have not been to a studio in a long time. I really appreciate that the studio was following safety protocols like actually enforcing wearing masks and checking vaccine status, but in a very respective and considerate way. I'm looking forward to going back and resuming a regular practice.
Cap Hill has great facilities including a practice room with mirrors on two walls that is helpful for those who want to see how their poses actually look which I find really helpful (eg is that knee actually stacked directly over the ankle). Right now there is a really strong group of teachers (joe B, Jay B, Jared, Bri K, Noel, Roger, Rachael, Pamela to name a few).

Great classes, good schedule, super convenient location.
