Corepower is my community.
You become a part of a family when ever you walk in one of the studios. I have long time relationships, which are now like my family.
I have done all of the teacher trainings to become more aware of my body and through those trainings I have gotten amazing opportunities.
I know that Corepower is a corporation, however, it’s more like a home when you find your space/studio…

The teachers always greet me with a smile and make an effort to make the space welcoming. The C1 classes to me provide the perfect balance of self-paced and instructor-led, and they encourage you to follow what your body needs for each move, emphasizing not the "perfect" form but the perfect form for you.

Ruth was INCREDIBLE. The class was amazing, a perfect mix of yoga, cardio, and weights. But also the energy was amazing and I left feeling so much better than I felt coming in!

Every studio I find Joe at feels like the yoga community home of Seattle and keeps me coming back. Not only that, he also teaches such great classes with a mix of core power modern yoga and traditional yoga creating a meaningful experience married with a great workout. I can tell that he inspires his staff to do the same.

I love core power. Sculpt is my favorite. I do wish the room was hotter like it use to be.
I wish we could find a middle ground with the people that dislike the heat. It's also not fare to the other yogis when the instructor has to turn down the heat because someone in the class room complains.
A suggestion would be start of the class "this is a hot yoga class" try to rest on your mat if it gets too hot or leave the room, I will open and close doors through the class"

Kevin is my favorite sculpt teacher in Seattle! His classes are always a good mix of hard but doable, and music is always on point. Love his class and have been going for years.

HPF is my favorite class, and Alex is a wonderful instructor. Ballard location is great, I appreciate the parking spots. The facilities are clean as well.
