CorePower Yoga is unlike any other studio I have tried. Walking in they have a mix of athleticism and serenity. That feeling carries into the classroom. The classes, while rooted into yoga (I.e. They promote proper breathing and focus on traditional yoga poses) are not there to hinder or frustrate you but rather help you dig deeper into your exercise. Additionally, the staff were very receptive & understanding of each individual strength and weaknesses which is not always found in a yoga studio either. At the end of the class you may be a little sweaty but the facility is designed to seamless move you into the changing room fully equipped to handle all of your post workout needs in the same manner that is presented as your step through the front door. Last but not least it is completely prepared for all the needs of its members, including deodorant, body wash, and feminine products which is just really an extra thought that is now entirely expected of the entire experience you have while at CorePower. They hold themselves to a higher standard and it's evident &I appreciated.

Accessible studios, lots of times, variety of classes. Studios are clean, staff is super friendly, instructors are available and knowledgable! I have already brought 2 friends with me :).
