The staff at CP Ballard are always so friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that some of the classes have a good level of heat - not too hot, but definitely hot yoga.

CPY Ballard has always been my favorite of the Seattle CPY locations! The sense of community is strong, the managers have always been fantastic, and the instructors are incredibly welcoming. There are also SO MANY special events! It feels like there is one nearly every week, which I love. Thanks for being awesome, Ballard!

Core power yoga in Ballard is my go-to yoga studio. They have terrific instructors - Jannine, Leslie, Kalisa. and Camy are all fantastic!! - and they have the perfect class for me at a great time, 10:30 AM! The CP 1.5 has the tempo that I love with the perfect amount of heat and humidity added in......not too hot, not too humid....just right!!

Clean and friendly
Love that there are so many different kind of classes at one yoga studio. Also like how large the locker rooms are. Just took myy friend Taylor to the candelight HPF and she loved it. Going to make it part of our regular Tuesday girls night.
The studios are always so warm, clean, and inviting. I especially enjoy help during my practice to get the most out of each pose. Thank you!
