Love corepower but there are few suggestions!
Recently the studio has asked us to clean our weights before putting them back one the rack - this causes a ton of traffic at the end of class and I have seen several people return weights without cleaning. Considering the cost per class/monthly memberships, I think cleaning the weights is something the studio should do.
I think it would be really fun to do artist flows (ex: Drake, early 90's, etc.)
Please bring back blocks & straps!!

I am enjoying be back at a CPY studio. Bri runs it very well.
CPY Ballard and Queen Anne have done everything possible to keep students safe and studio clean. The instructors have the patience of Buddha.
As usual this was a very fun and beneficial class! This location made me feel safe the entire time even in the full capacity mask to mat setting, at no point was I uncomfortably close to any other yogis and I was able to comfortably work out and have a great time!

I normally practice at the Bellevue studio but for some reason it has still not opened : /
So I've been practicing in Queen Anne and Ballard instead. This week I took a sculpt class at Core Power in Ballard and loved it.. The instructor( Bri ) was awesome and her music was great.
The instructors are great and I love the variety of classes. I can get my cardio, strength training and yoga all at one place!
Alex was great, I miss being back at a studio and it was AMAZING!
