I have done Crossfit for 7 years. I had never done Yoga. My wife recommended it and i love it. I like the room warm but not scalding like some of the spots. Great place.

I am happy that the instructors take the time to help students adjust their poses and maximize their practice in doing so.

I LOVED MY INSTRUCTOR, THE STUDIO IS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED, ATMOSPHERE IS LOVELY. BECAUSE I TOOK A LEVEL 2 CLASS, I FELT THAT THE PACING OF THE CLASS WAS A LITTLE TOO FAST FOR ME BECAUSE I SHOULD BE IN A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS. EVERYONE HAD A REALLY GOOD WORKOUT.

Lots of class times give me lots of options to fit it into my schedule. All instructors have been great!
