I've never tried yoga before, but CorePower and Sarah (the instructor for my first class, C1) made it so enjoyable and not intimidating at all. I'm very excited to go again and try different locations! :)
I like how clean and beautiful the locker rooms and studios are at CorePower. The class was really good and the studio never got too hot.
The staff at Udistrict Corepower is fantastic. Anyone can practice by themselves, but being led by an instructor with heart adds a depth to my practice that keeps me coming back. They have classes that you plan your day around just to attain that smile.
Class was challenging with modified options. Great music. Clear and straightforward directives. Interesting moves and I liked the pacing.
