Very clean facility

I most appreciated having enough space for my yoga practice in Encinitas. I've been to the Del Mar location and they've crammed too many people into a small space which is very distracting and not supportive for the energy I expect during my yoga experience.

I love this studio! Its one of the top places i go when I visit California from Denver. I had taken a month or so off due to lifes stresses, and somehow made it to 3 classes here within 2 days and i couldn't be more grateful!

I like the instructors, the cleanliness of the facility and the locker rooms which allow for showers before heading out to work. I always have a good class experience when I come to Core Power Yoga in Encinitas.

It was free. Also the instructor was great at talking and walking through the routine.

I've enjoyed the teachers and like that classes are well attended.

Great spot!! Classes really hard in a good way. My only criticism would be that the two StrengthX classes I took were not in the correct format. The first one the heat and humidity were on and it was way too hot. This class is not supposed to be heated. One reason is safety. When so hot and sweaty the heavier weights get slippery. The class I took today in the first minute of class the teacher was like I always go over then did a 10+ minute warm up. The warm up is supposed to be 5 minutes. I find it disrespectful to know you are going past allotted time. The class should be 45 minutes as it says on the schedule. I want my warm up and cool down within the 45 mins. I feel like the classes are trying to be a little too much like sculpt which does not work once again for safety reasons since have heavy weights should not be doing fast and experimental moves.

The community is so welcoming and the instructors are so kind and encouraging. I am inspired by not only the instructors but the people that fill the space. CorePower has truly become my safe space where I can just forget about everything else going on in my life, even if it’s just an hour.

The staff is super friendly when you walk in the door. The facility is clean. I like the notes on the signs out front of the classes that tell you what you'll need. So far I have enjoyed every class. I have taken a couple from Nundhia which I really like. She is very easy to understand and has a good rhythm going through the poses.

Alea and Tatum at CorePower Encinitas are awesome! Such good experiences in the evenings.

Every studio I’ve ever gone to at Corepower has been wonderful and all of the teachers are unique and experienced and spiritual.

Please open up a studio in Carlsbad, CA. The drive to Encinitas is horrible with rush hour traffic and it's taking me an hour to get there.

Conveniently located, friendly and welcoming teachers, love that the studio space has windows so we can see the eucalyptus trees. I recommend!
